Day 22

Today was a travel day.  We left Mt. Vernon, IL and arrived at our friend's house in Le Clarie, IA about 2:00 p.m.  Le Claire is on the Mississippi River.

Spent the afternoon visiting with Mike and Family and settled in for a couple of days of non-travel.

Mike and Steve exchanged Whiskey tails and tastings.  The bottle of Rye is one that Mike especially likes and his sister brings to him from St. Louis because it cannot be purchased in Iowa.
